A physical quarrel later broke out in a café on Place de la Libération in Diekirch. Once police arrived, the people involved were quickly identified, as one of the men was said to have assaulted the other. The victim was treated on the spot and the perpetrator was taken into custody after a medical consultation due to his heavy intoxication.
