
The car smashed through the entrance of a shop and ended up wedged a few meters into the building. The driver sustained minor injuries, which were treated on the spot by rescue workers.
The building and the vehicle were heavily damaged. A rapid drug test came back positive, and a clinical examination was ordered. The officers also discovered a bag of marijuana in the car.

A presumed drug dealer was caught red-handed by police in the Gare neighbourhood in Luxembourg City on Tuesday morning. The seller was carrying eight pellets of cocaine, the buyer had one. The presumed dealer was arrested on the orders of the public prosecutor’s office. After being presented to the examining magistrate, an arrest warrant was issued against the suspect, who was put in pre-trial detention.
