Police were called to a supermarket in Dudelange on Tuesday morning after a person consumed food on sale without paying.

The situation quickly escalated when the individual made death threats against a member of staff. Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered that the individual had had several run-ins with the police in recent months. On the orders of the public prosecutor's office, the person was arrested.
