
The government discussed the case on Friday morning, following revelations in the press and accusations of not having followed the prescribed procedures. The LSAP spoke of sloppy handling and demanded that the Court of Auditors examine the file. On Monday, MP Liz Braz intends to bring this up in the relevant parliamentary committee.
This decision comes just two days after Mischo had publicly denied reports that the Ministry of Finance had frozen the projects, insisting at the time that the file had only been temporarily removed from the agenda for procedural reasons.
