Cihan Guzel, responsible for the brutal G4S robbery in Luxembourg, was arrested while celebrating his birthday in a Marbella club on 27 October.
On Thursday morning, a spokesperson for the public prosecutor's office confirmed that Guzel had been handed over to Luxembourgish authorities.
Guzel was sentenced to 22 years in prison at the age of 35, but had been on the run since January 2018.
He was transferred and incarcerated at Schrassig penitentiary centre, where he will serve his sentence.
