Chiche! is a Lebanese restaurant in Hollerich. Since opening its doors, the place is run without state subsidies and fully operated by refugees that did not have any prior restaurant experience.
Their next project will launch in Leudelange in 2021, despite the pandemic. Our colleagues at RTL made of portrait of the restaurant, that sees its work as a powerful political statement.
