Fuel prices have been consistently falling since the beginning of the week. Diesel prices dropped below €1.45, the lowest since July 2023, while SP95 has been at €1.559 since Wednesday. Now, the price of SP98 is set to decrease in Luxembourg.
Starting Friday, the price of a litre of SP98 will drop by 2.4 cents, bringing it down to €1.648 per litre. This marks a significant reduction compared to two months ago, when a litre of SP98 cost €1.886 on 5 April. Over this period, the price has fallen by 23.8 cents, resulting in nearly €12 in savings on a 50-litre fill-up.
Despite this decrease, SP98 remains the most expensive fuel in Luxembourg.
