Weather & TrafficFriday, 10 January: A quieter day hopefully!

RTL Today
While the orange alert for flooding is still in effect until at least 1pm for the North and until Sunday 7am for the South, we're expecting the weather to give us a bit of a break today.

If you’re reading this early in the day, the orange alert will still be up. Be careful out there, since there will likely be debris and slippery patches on the road.

The forecast for today is a little less hectic, as we’re not expecting any precipitation. But we all know how quickly things can change, so you should employ a moderate degree of caution.

It will be cloudy and quite cold, with some early fog for good measure. Some occasional cloudless spots could pop up in the afternoon, if we’re lucky.

As for the temperature, the minimum will start around -3°C, and don’t expect much improvement on the other end: it’s only going up to around 1°C, tops.

Have a nice day, and be safe.
