Emergency services were called out to a string of crashes between Remich, Findel, Bech-Kleinmacher and Sprinkange, alongside a small bin fire in Vichten.

At around 2.30pm, a person was struck and injured on the Route du Vin in Remich. The Remich fire service and the Bettembourg ambulance attended the scene.

At 3pm, an incident involving a quad bike took place on Rue de Trèves in Findel. Here too, an injured person was taken to hospital. The Mamer ambulance and the Luxembourg City fire service were called out.

A collision between two cars occurred at 3.30pm between Bech-Kleinmacher and Remich. The Schengen fire service and the Remich ambulance attended to one injured person.

At around 4.30pm, a driver struck an obstacle on the Route de Longwy in Sprinkange and was injured. The Dippach fire service and a Sanem Differdange ambulance were on duty.

A bin also caught fire on the main street in Vichten. The Vichten and Useldange fire services and the Nordstad ambulance were called to the scene.
