
Emergency services were called out to several incidents between Sunday evening and the early hours of Monday.
The most serious accident happened shortly before 6.40pm on the N2 between Bous and Assel, where four people were injured. Emergency services from Remich attended the scene.
A further person was injured overnight into Monday following a collision involving two vehicles near the Esplanade road in Diekirch. The two cars collided shortly after 1am, with emergency crews from the Nordstad responding.
Three fire brigades were also called to Rue de Luxembourg in Colmar-Berg shortly after 7pm on Sunday after a fire broke out. No further details were provided. Firefighters from Colmar-Berg, Bissen, and the Nordstad attended, along with an ambulance crew from the Nordstad.
