The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) responded to four separate incidents on Thursday evening.

The first occurred shortly before 6pm in Hostert, where a heater caught fire. Teams from Redange and Rambrouch were despatched to the scene. The incident resulted in material damage only, with no injuries reported.

Approximately an hour later, paramedics from Luxembourg City and Lintgen were called to Helmdange following a collision between two bicycles. Both cyclists sustained injuries and received treatment at the scene.

At around 8.30pm, a car struck a pedestrian on the RN07 between Lintgen and Lorentzweiler. Paramedics from Larochette, Lintgen, and Lorentzweiler attended, supported by the Emergency Medical Assistance Team (SAMU), to care for the injured individual.

The final incident took place at around 11pm in Luxembourg City, where the local fire brigade extinguished a bin fire.
