During the night leading up to Saturday, the policed revoked five drivers' licenses due to drink driving. 

At Boulevard J.F. Kennedy in Esch, the police discovered a driver-less running vehicle with its lights turned on. The driver was encountered shortly afterwards outside of the car.

During the same night, the police stopped a car in Steinfort after the driver drew attention to himself by zigzagging on the N6 Wandhaff.

Early Saturday morning, a motorist was caught urinating onto the street in Route de Luxembourg in Dudelange. He had parked his car on the road, and he left his door open. Similarly to the previous encounters, he displayed obvious symptoms of alcohol consumption.

In Frisange, a driver had fallen asleep while stopping at a red light. After waking up, they proceeded to drive to Alzingen in twists and turns. Another driver fell asleep on Route d’Arlon in Mamer according to the police report.

All drivers did not pass a breath test before their licenses were revoked.
