The Financial Sector Supervisory Commission, short CSSF, issued the warning on Monday morning to clarify that the internet site was not linked to the actual company. The business hiding behind the page is neither regulated by the institution, nor in possession of any legal permits to offer financial services in the Grand Duchy.
CSSF thus emphasises that the actual company MIR Capital S.C.A. is in no way to be confused with the imposter website.
