Several police patrols were involved in an operation on Thursday evening.
A fight broke out on Rue de l'Alzette in Esch, during which a person was injured with a knife. The suspect then fled the scene on an electric scooter.
Several patrols were sent to Esch to search for the attacker, and officers were eventually able to locate him. A knife was seized from him. While police officers were carrying out their work, the suspect repeatedly threatened them. A report was drawn up against him.
Despite their search, however, police officers were unable to locate the victim.
