Differdange, at just before 11am, a car driving in the wrong lane on Grand Rue attracted the attention of the police.
Following a blood alcohol test, it was clear that the driver had had too much to drink. His license was seized and he awaits further punishment.
Later the same night, well, rather the early hours of the morning, at 4 am, a man decided to park his car on a pedestrian crossing. This odd decision brought about a visit from the police and they administered a quick breath test.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, they recorded a high blood alcohol level. The man's license was also confiscated and he too awaits further punishment.
