
In the early hours of Saturday morning, a car carrying several passengers overturned on Rue de Grass in Clemency. Ambulances from Esch-sur-Alzette and Pétange attended the scene, and four of those on board were taken to the emergency room shortly before 2am.
The precise circumstances of the accident have not been disclosed so far.
The second incident occurred the previous afternoon. At around 3.15pm on Friday, a violent collision between two vehicles on the N12 between Bridel and Rollingergrund left four people injured. The scale of the response reflected the severity of the crash, with the Luxembourg emergency medical service and two ambulances from Luxembourg City and Mamer dispatched to the scene.
Separately, at around 11.15am on Friday, a hut caught fire near the Bleesbruck area. Firefighters from Angeldorf, Nordstad, and Tandel attended the scene alongside the Nordstad ambulance service. No injuries were reported.
Additionally, on Friday evening, a house fire broke out on the roof of a property in Strassen on Rue des Carrefours, prompting a response from firefighters from Bertrange, Kopstal, Mamer, and Luxembourg City, as well as an ambulance from Mamer. According to the CGDIS, no injuries were sustained and the damage was limited to the property itself.
