A driver without a licence was stopped in Ettelbruck on Thursday evening while transporting a large quantity of camping gas bottles, police have said.

During a police intervention in Ettelbruck, officers stopped a driver without a driving licence who was carrying a large quantity of camping gas bottles.

On Thursday evening, police in Ettelbruck pulled over a van that was in poor condition near Place de l'Hôtel de Ville.

During the check, it emerged that the driver did not hold a driving licence. In addition, the van was found to be transporting a large quantity of camping gas bottles.

On the orders of the public prosecutor's office, both the van and the gas bottles were seized.
