
Effective this Thursday, diesel prices at the pump in Luxembourg will decrease, with a litre now available at a cost of €1.602. This marks a considerable decrease of 3.6 cents.
Exactly a week ago, the cost of a litre of diesel had already undergone a reduction of 3.8 cents, settling at €1.638 on Thursday, 19 October. With two successive price drops, motorists are now benefiting from a total savings of 7.4 cents per litre within the span of a mere seven days.
In tandem with this decline, the price of heating oil has also experienced a decrease. Fuel with a quality rating of 10 ppm S now comes at a reduced price, costing 2.8 cents less, equating to €1.060 per litre. Likewise, fuel with a quality rating of 50 ppm S is now available for 3.8 cents less, at a price of €1.056 per litre.
