The Delta variant continues to spread in the Grand Duchy, according to the latest report from the LNS. Over the week of 11-17 October, the variant AV25 rose significantly, while variant AY34 fell slightly. 35% of all infections could be traced to one of the 12 variants.
AY variants accounted for 34% of breakthrough cases following vaccination, behaving somewhat differently to the other variants.
