
The defendant told the court that she had been “fed up with coronavirus” when she visited a disabled friend to bring her several items. She reportedly spent some time with her friend before leaving again.
She was then stopped by police on her way back home. The representative of the public prosecutor’s office argued that, even though the defendant had been in her rights when she brought items to her friends, she broke the lockdown rules when she stayed at her friend’s place for a while.
She was sentenced to a €150 fine.
