On Sunday evening at around 7pm, police were alerted to intoxicated individuals in a bar on Rue du Commerce in Rodange who were reportedly harassing other customers. A patrol was dispatched and was able to locate and stop the two men after a short search.
Both showed clear signs of intoxication and behaved uncooperatively towards officers. Due to their condition, they were taken into custody following a medical check.
In Beggen, there was also a physical altercation involving several individuals. A police patrol attended the scene and called for backup. According to police, the dispute quickly dispersed and the situation was brought under control.
