The police report four robberies in Luxembourg City on Saturday evening.

Shortly before midnight on Saturday evening, one person was robbed in the city centre. Two perpetrators ripped a necklace from the victim’s neck. Shortly after, the police was able to locate two men that matched the description. The victim identified them and both were taken into custody. They were also presented to the examining magistrate on Sunday morning.

Two other robberies occurred in the city. One victim was talked up by two individuals while a third person bumped into them a few times while stealing the victim’s briefcase. Another person had their phone stolen after talking to an unknown person in a pub.

Lastly, an offender stole a laptop, documents, and other valuable objects out of a car that had not been locked.

Then, in Bertrange, a roller was stolen in front of an appartment building and in Mamer it was a bicyle that disappeared. The thieves had broken the lock of the bicycle stand.
