Several local councillors are also among the candidates, including Marianne Baustert-Berens, Anouk Boever-Thill, Claude Clemes, and Michel Martins De Sousa. The Mondercange list of the Christian Social People’s Party (CSV) features seven women and six men.
Nancy Kemp-Arendt will not participate in the 2023 elections. She received the second-most votes of all local CSV candidates in 2017 but resigned as member of the municipal executive board (Schäfferot) three years later.
The municipality of Mondercange is led by a CSV-DP coalition.
