Medical Centre in PotaschbergConvention with CHL to be signed on Friday

RTL Today
The Ministry now considers the centre in Potaschberg to be a "pilot project" for the planned expansion of outpatient care, according to Minister of Health Paulette Lenert.

The medical centre in Potaschberg/Grevenmacher, which provides MRI scans among other services, will obtain an official legal framework on Friday through a convention with the Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg (CHL). This was confirmed by Minister of Health Paulette Lenert in an interview with our colleagues from RTL Télé.

Lenert noted that the health authorities are therefore abiding by the announced schedule. Beginning in early 2023, the National Health Fund (CNS) is expected to retroactively reimburse MRI patients.

The interview with RTL Télé (in Luxembourgish):

Der Gesondheetsministesch no wier de Potaschbierg an deem Sënn och e Pilotprojet fir de geplangten Ausbau vun der ambulanter Medezin.
