Public transportCommuters respect mask rules on the tram

RTL Today
The public seem to be following regulations regarding the wearing of masks on public transport, if these images from the capital's tram service are anything to go by.

The number of people using public transport has increased after more activities resumed on Monday. Timetables have been adapted and hygiene measures have been put in place as a result.

At all tram stops, advertisements have been replaced with posters urging the public to exercise caution, as well as reminding them of the obligatory masks.

Thus far, commuters are respecting the new guidelines and donning their masks before getting on public transport. However, maintaining a 2 metre distance is not always feasible given the number of people using the tram and trains.

The tram driver, isolated in their cabin, does not have to wear a mask; however, each driver has a mask at their disposal if they should need to interact with passengers.
