At the moment, people should expect a waiting period of six to eight weeks before they receive their reimbursement from the CNS. According to Schneider, staff shortages combined with seasonal peaks in demand are the main reasons for these delays. In order to resolve the issue, the Ministry is currently hiring additional staff and boosting digitalisation.
