
Two weeks after the elections, Weiswampach announces its newly formed municipal executive. Claude Daman, who secured the highest number of votes, assumes the position of mayor, succeeding Henri Rinnen, who led the municipality for the past 28 years.
Mike Hahn, who received the second-highest number of votes, is appointed as the first alderman, while Néckel Polfer, who came fourth in the elections, takes on the role of the second alderman.
Stéphanie Geiben, who received the third-highest number of votes, was barred from joining the municipal council due to the nature of her work.
Pol Holweck, who came tenth in the elections, is set to fill the vacant spot on the municipal council.
