First steps were taken back in October with the removal of hedges and trees around the lake. The construction project is set to be completed by 2023, the shell of the building being ready in a year's time.

A citizens' action committee has now taken legal steps with the court of administration to fight the project. Their main criticism lies in the decision taken by the ministry for the environment to accept the proposal in the first place. The local mayor is not surprised by the dismay.
The complex will count one hotel, more than 80 holiday homes, as well as a playground for children.
