Two traffic accidents were reported on Thursday afternoon, including a pedestrian collision.

According to the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps report, two cars collided shortly after 1pm on Rue du Viaduc, Erpeldange. Fortunately, no one was injured, although the Ingeldorf fire brigade attended along with a Nordstad ambulance.

In Bettembourg, a child was hit by a car on Rue Marie-Therèse at 2.38pm, sustaining injuries in the process. The child was cared for by paramedics at the scene. Bettembourg emergency teams were supported by an ambulance from Kayl.
