A man was injured on Thursday evening in Harlange, after his car crashed into a wall on Rue Mgr. Fallize at around 11.30pm. Emergency crews from Wiltz, firefighters from Esch-sur-Sûre, and the Ettelbruck emergency medical services were dispatched to the scene.

Just a few minutes later, the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) was alerted to another accident on the A3 motorway, between Dudelange and the Bettembourg interchange. Two vehicles collided, resulting in two people being injured. Rescue teams from Dudelange and Bettembourg attended the scene.

In addition to the two accidents, emergency services were called to several fires across the country throughout Thursday night. In Boxhorn, a brush fire broke out, while bins caught fire on Rue de Bonnevoie in Luxembourg City and on Rue Emile Mayrisch in Esch-sur-Alzette. At around 1.44am on Friday, firefighters responded to a garden fire on Tontelerweg in Oberpallen. No injuries were reported in any of these incidents.
