Emergency services responded to one road accident and one fire between Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning.
At 6am on Wednesday morning, a driver lost control over their vehicle on the N12 in Wincrange and crashed head-on into a tree. The driver was taken to hospital for a medical check-up.
Police also report that at 9pm on Tuesday evening firefighters responded to a fire in a basement cellar in Cessange. There were no injuries.
