Traffic was disrupted on Sunday evening on the A3 motorway between Luxembourg City and France after a car caught fire shortly before 6.45pm near the border. The vehicle came to a stop on the hard shoulder, where large flames were reported.
Although the motorway was not closed completely, traffic was restricted to the left lane as emergency services attended the scene.
