At around 2.35pm on Thursday 23 April, a pedestrian was hit by a car on Rue Marie Thérèse in Bettembourg. The driver responsible failed to stop at the scene and sped off without checking on the injured victim.
The vehicle in question was a black Audi, likely an A4 model, with Luxembourgish plates.
