A number of internet users had reached out to our colleagues from RTL 5 Minutes, informing them that police officers were on site to close down the supermarket shortly before 1pm. A few minutes later, Cactus published the press release mentioning "technical problems".
In the press release, Cactus specified that workers are on site to "fix the problem as soon as possible" and that it would inform customers as soon as the supermarket is able to reopen.
Doors reopened again at 3.30pm.
