After several months of constructive negotiations, the management of Cactus, alongside the OGBL and LCGB unions, have reached a significant milestone.

On Thursday, June 15, 2023, they signed the renewal of their Collective Labor Agreement for an extended period of 36 months, covering from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2025.

Both Cactus and the signing unions are applauding this advancement, which reaffirms the commitments previously made by the company to further strengthen and significantly improve the rights and benefits of their employees in terms of compensation, vacation, and working hours.

In addition to the pre-existing benefits, this agreement notably includes salary increases and the provision for a unique premium payment based on an employee’s length of service.

This is seen as a strong step forward in recognising and rewarding long-serving employees and enhancing their overall compensation package.
