Another burglary took place on Monday in Sprinkange, where a single-family house on Rue de la Chapelle was targeted. According to police, the culprits escaped with stolen goods.
Forensic police were despatched to both scenes.
The situation unfolded differently in Noertzange. On Monday evening, police received reports of two individuals attempting to break into a house. They were later seen walking towards the main station, where they were confronted by eyewitnesses, leading to an altercation. A police patrol arrived on the scene and apprehended all involved individuals. On the orders of the public prosecutor’s office, the presumed burglars were arrested and presented to an examining magistrate on Tuesday morning.
