On Rue du Stade in Schifflange and on Rue Albert Unden in Luxembourg City, two cars collided in each case after failing to pass one another. No one was injured.
Emergency services were also called to Place Guillaume II and to Rue de l’Alzette in Colmar-Berg due to smoke in a cellar and a car fire. No injuries were reported in these incidents either.
