The Annual General Meeting of the Bazar International De Luxembourg ASBL announced a number of milestones achieved in the past year. Last year the Bazar International was able to donate over €500,000 to 48 different charities, among which were Lasova Organisation Israel and Babies Uganda. In addition, they have put aside significant savings to be able to fulfil more donation requests throughout the year.
Steadily growing, they are proud to welcome several new members to their board, who have the same passion for helping people. This year’s annual ceremony was attended by Her Royal Highness the Grand Duchess of Luxembourg, Maria Teresa, pictured below with some of the new board members.
The charitable organisation has also planned ahead for this year’s events, which includes the third edition of the ‘Mini-Bazar’ in City Concorde.The stands present will range from countries like Afghanistan to Mongolia and Ukraine. There will also be a book stand and a crêperie.
