Late on Sunday night, a man in Esch-sur-Alzette was reported to the police for remaining at a property despite being subject to a stay away order. Officers located the suspect at the address, and he was arrested on the orders of the public prosecutor. He was scheduled to appear before the investigating judge on Monday morning.
In a separate incident early Sunday morning, police responded to a break-in at a building in Weiler-la-Tour. The suspect was caught inside the property and arrested at the scene. Several stolen items were recovered from his possession. He was brought before the investigating judge on Sunday afternoon, who issued an arrest warrant.
