Until 11 April 2025, as part of Luxembourg City’s Pop-up Store initiative, interested entrepreneurs, retailers, and start-ups can submit their application to rent the space located close to Luxembourg’s Gare. Applications should be made via the form available on the City of Luxembourg’s website.

Selection criteria include the originality and quality of the proposed concepts. Proposals in the fields of clothing, accessories and jewellery, home equipment, services and leisure, wellness and beauty, art, fashion and photography, or packaged dry food products are welcome.

With a minimum rental period of one month, and a maximum duration of six months (with the possibility of a three month extension), the space provides an opportunity for creators, entrepreneurs, and start-ups to test a new product, service, or concept directly with their customers, without committing to a permanent retail space.

The ‘Jean Origer’ premises boast a surface area of 138 m² with an additional 70 m² space in the basement, and the monthly rent ranges from €650 to €2,250. A general charge for utilities is added to the rent.

Owners of temporarily unoccupied commercial spaces who wish to join the project can contact the Economic and Commercial Development Department of the City of Luxembourg on +352 4796-5000 or by email at dec@vdl.lu.
