On the day in question, the cyclist violated the road traffic act and was subsequently cautioned about it by a driver.
Both people stopped and began a conversation, which ended with the cyclist shoving and hitting the driver. The cyclist then left in the direction of Hellange.
Description of the cyclist:
The man was about 185 cm tall and had a short beard. He spoke Luxembourgish and wore a white cycling uniform with an unknown red badge.
