As the ADR’s youth organisation relayed in a letter, they believe the controversial US tech billionaire to be an expert in many areas, including digitalisation, communication, financial technology, and ultimately in the satellite industry.
Furthermore, ADRenalin emphasises the importance of strengthening “fundamental pro-democracy values and to promote those”, which is why they suggested inviting Elon Musk to Luxembourg’s Chamber of Deputies.
A constructive discussion with the billionaire would presumably give the youth party “the opportunity to reflect on aspects of freedom of speech which need to be reinforced in society”.
Nonetheless, the chances of Elon Musk visiting Luxembourg and being invited to the Chamber remain rather small.
