Three people were injured in a collision between two cars on rue de Holzem in Garnich at 5.30 pm. The fire brigades of Kahler and Dippach were sent to the scene. Two ambulances were also mobilised to assist the victims.
At around 6.30 pm, a car hit a wall between Mompach and Ossweiler. One person was injured in this accident which required the intervention of the fire brigade and an ambulance.
Another accident occurred on rue de la Gare in Lintgen at around 10.40 pm, when a pedestrian was run over by a car. The fire brigades of Mersch, Steinsel and Lintgen as well as an ambulance and the Ettelbruck emergency service were at the scene. No details are available about the severity of the victim’s injuries.
Lastly, a car was involved in an accident on Grand Rue in Redange at around 2.50 am. The Redange fire brigade and the Rambrouch emergency services were called to the scene. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
