A driver was injured in a single-vehicle accident on the N10 between Untereisenbach and Stolzembourg at around 3am. The car left the road and hit a tree. An ambulance from Clervaux, the emergency medical service from Ettelbruck and the Hosingen fire brigade attended the scene.
Later on Friday evening, shortly after 6pm, another accident occurred on the Esch-sur-Alzette motorway between Pontpierre and Foetz. Two cars were involved in the collision, leaving one person injured. Rescue services from Schifflange responded, along with fire brigades from Mondercange and Schifflange.
At around 1am, a fire broke out in a garage on Route de Wasserbillig in Echternach. The Echternach fire brigade extinguished the blaze. No injuries were reported.
