The accident resulted in five individuals sustaining injuries. Emergency response teams, including two ambulances from Mertert, one from Junglinster, one from Lintgen, and firefighters from Mertert and Flaxweiler, promptly responded to the scene.
Earlier, at around 7am, a separate incident occurred on the N31 between Pétange and Bascharage, involving two cars and resulting in one person sustaining injuries. An ambulance from Sanem-Differdange and firefighters from Pétange were despatched to the site to provide assistance.
