Following the ruling of the European Court of Justice that the general public’s access to information on beneficial owners of private businesses is null and void, the Ministry of Justice and the Government IT Centre (CTIE) have found a provisional solution allowing journalists, among others, to access the RBE again.
The Luxembourg Press Council will manage the access of the national press to the Register in the framework of an agreement with the Luxembourg Business Registers (LBR).
