The section was closed on 9 pm on Friday evening and is set to reopen around 4 am on Monday, just in time for rush hour. Two diversions have been put in place. The first will guide traffic coming from Glück roundabout towards the Gasperich junction, diverting via Boulevard de Kockelscheuer, Boulevard F.W. Raiffeisen and the Hesperange interchange.
In the other direction, traffic will be diverted from the Hesperange interchange via Boulevard F.W. Raiffeisen and Boulevard de Kockelscheuer.
In addition, the National Roads Administration has announced a partial closure of the A7 motorway between Waldhof and Lorentzweiler due to an exercise in the Grout Tunnel. Traffic will be diverted From 7 am to 1 pm, traffic will be diverted with signs labelled D1 (towards Ettelbruck) and D2 (towards Luxembourg City).
