
The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) reported multiple road accidents and a house fire on Tuesday, with five people injured.
At 8.21am, two cars collided on Rue de Trèves in Findel, leaving one person injured. Rescue teams from Findel and Sandweiler were on the scene.
Later, at 4.35pm, two people were injured in a crash on the RN08 between Brouch and Mersch, where two vehicles had also collided. Emergency teams from Mersch, Lintgen, and Redange-sur-Attert responded to the incident.
About an hour earlier, a cellar fire had broken out in a house on Rue Principale in Merzig. No one was injured in that incident.
Later, at around 5.15pm, a bus and a car collided near the gare district in Luxembourg City. Firefighters and ambulance crews from the capital assisted one injured person at the scene.
Shortly before 7pm, two cars crashed on the A13 motorway between Burange and the Bettembourg interchange. One person was injured in this incident as well. Firefighters from Bettembourg and Dudelange, along with paramedics from Dudelange, were deployed to the site.
