On Tuesday morning at around 8.30am, a power cut occurred in Kirchberg, according to electricity network operator Creos.

According to Creos, a building contractor damaged a cable on Boulevard Pierre Frieden, which caused the outage. Creos reported that the disruption lasted around six minutes. However, it took almost 30 minutes before the power supply to the RTL building was fully restored.
