Luxtrust confirmed that a technical problem affected the Luxtrust-Scan on Wednesday afternoon, and the cause is currently being investigated.

After a reader alerted us to problems with Luxtrust’s scan function, the IT company confirmed to RTL that a technical issue is affecting its services. Luxtrust said the cause is under investigation but ruled out a DDoS cyberattack.

The company stressed that not all systems are affected and that client data and transactions remain secure. Staff are working to resolve the problem.
